3Sixty songwriters Mark Grimmett and Nick Singleton also perform acoustic versions of their songs under the name 3Sixty-Lite, and will be opening for Black Star Riders and Thin Lizzy band mates Ricky Warwick and Damon Johnson at the Iron Road, Evesham on October 3rd.
The Warwick Johnson Sonic Acoustic Attack Tour see the pair perform a series of intimate acoustic and spoken word shows. With over two hours of performance, the evenings will boast career-spanning classics from the acts they have respectively performed with over the decades including Thin Lizzy, The Almighty, Black Star Riders, Alice Cooper and Brother Cane.
3Sixty-Lite have previously opened for The Quireboys, Mike Tramp, Dan Reed as well as previous stints with Warwick Johnson.
Says guitarist Nick “One day while strumming through some 3Sixty songs, it occurred to me they would sound great performed acoustically, so I suggested this to Mark, who loved the idea. Performing songs this way, really draws your attention to the stories told in the lyrics and highlight’s Marks fantastic voice. It will be great to play with Ricky and Damon again.”
